Do I need to order a digital download or prints package before adding individul products?

Yes! To take advantage of the individual products discouted rate, you need to start with either a digital download or one of our print packages. We do offer simple value options - like a single 8x10 or two 5x7s - in the low to mid $20 range. Once you choose one of those, you can add extra prints for $15.99 per sheet, as well as any of our fun photo novelty products.

Can I mix poses within the same prints package?

All of our print packages are limited to a single pose, but most families work around this easily. For most families that want multiple prints of different poses start with one of our single-sheet value packages, like our single 8x10 or two 5x7s - and then add any additional poses they love at the discounted rate of $15.99 per sheet.

Does the digital download options give me printing rights?

Yes! All of our digital download options come with a copyright release, which gives you full ownership of the images you purchase. This means you're free to print as many copies as you'd like and share the photos on social media. The only exception is class portraits! Since those image contain other families' children, we can't provide a copyright release for them, so they aren't available as digital downloads. If class portraits were taken at your student's school, we do offer printed 8x10 for $15.99.

Is the watermark going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only uses to protect our work against illegal downloads. We're not able to move or remove the wayermark until after a purchase is made, but once your order is complete, the final images will be delivered without it.

Other products or promotions outside your student's gallery?

No, all of the products and special items we offer are shown within your student's gallery. Any promotions or pricing are included as there as well, so you can be confident you're seeing everything available for your student.

Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.

I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received a access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."

I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?

After you have placed an order or registered with the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos, and check the status of your orders.

Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."

How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders which include free shipping to schools are processed in bulk 5-10 business days after the order deadline. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered.

Can I crop the images?

Yes! You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
